HTML code for the TOGGA picture

I recently put out a new cache and wanted to add the " PLACED BY A PROUD MEMBER OF TOGGA " picture ,but was not able to. I saved the picture from the home page then clicked on the properties , copied then pasted it on the cache page but it did not work. I did remember to click the HTML box on the page. Can someone post the code. I feel like an atari in a x-box world. THANKS.
